Large amounts of unlicensed medicines have actually been seized by Department of Health officials during a search of a house in Glengormley.
A male was talked to by department officers about unlawfully importing and consequently providing unlicensed impotence medications via the web.
The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medicine offences.
He will now be the topic of a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
The search was performed by the department's Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its office, Peter Moore, said: "It is crucial that we get the message throughout that unlicensed medicines can be unsafe.
"These kinds of items being sold, normally online, have undergone no quality control and there can be no assurance about their security.
"You simply do not understand what you are taking or the conditions these products were made in. More notably, you do not know the impact drugs like this may have on your health."
